Summer brings gifts of fresh crab & just-dug baby tats. Don't be tempted by too much butter on either: choose a light & fruity olive oil instead. Squeeze 1/2 lemon into warm oil for dipping the crab. But 'really' dip, then slurp like midsommar kräftskiva crayfish & Punsch.
