@susaneastoe @KateBurkeNHS I’ve had one both privately and with NHS, neither with any thing for pain. And a polyp removed both times. Really not a nice procedure. You do get a dedicated HCA to hold your hand. Although very lovely, pain relief would be more helpful really.

@ganye91 @gracedent @guardian Agreed. My 2 years diagnosed teenager has already had, what I consider, far too much mocking similar to this. And teen boys are persistent, I wonder where they get the notion?! Hard enough condition to live with and manage without people thinking you brought it on yourself.

If an ambulance, fire engine or police car with blue lights on is stuck in traffic and can’t get through. Panics me that someone isn’t getting help they need.
