@airindiain Please send me a mail or issue a letter confirming the waiver. The travel agency will honour my refund / insurance claim only if accompanied with your waiver doc.

@airindiain "Sometime" does not work for me. Either give me firm date for resolution or go with the deadline mentioned by me in my previous message. I am running our of patience.
