This week the VAT on food went up to 12.5% with the view to go back to 20% in April.
Unlucky if your peak season is in the winter.
Unfortunately for us the crisis is still far from over. Surviving on reduced numbers et al. Let’s hope 12.5 stays longer.

Pineapple weed (infused) set cream, sea buckthorn ‘caviar’, dehydrated raspberries.
I actively avoid tropical fruit on my pastry section. this gave me the pineapple flavour with no air miles.
Tastes like a fruit salad sweet, not as sweet🍬

Our sourdough is improving week on week. Equal parts rewarding and frustrating, each loaf is slightly different.. guess that’s the beauty of it.
