Visited on 23/11/2024 after making a reservation on @swiggydineout The restaurant specifically mentioned they get into a loss if we pay through swiggy dineout & thus they will not comply with what's promised. We were refused the complimentary mocktails.

@swiggydineout Kakke di hatti, Mumbai advertises for complimentary mocktails but downright refuses to serve them. Helpline has been provided with unending chats, proofs but all futile. Is this the service you want to give @Swiggy ?

The bad strike with @zomatocare continues. When you supply stale products worth higher amounts that are underbaked and smell of egg, why is the refund only upto INR 100? Zomato #6073113152 from Suchalis Bakehouse

Purchased from theobrama pune on zomato today. The bread supplied is hours from expiry and I've only been made to do dodge between @TheobromaIndia & @zomatocare. No one is willing to take onus or replace it with a fresh supply. You both suck on customer service #6078853675
