We now have to wait up to 10 days before our money comes back, in the meantime holiday prices will continue to rise and we still will not have a holiday. What a terrible way to start our Christmas period. @TUIUKPR

There has been no level of compensation offered, and I am disgusted to see that the same cruise and stay is even now still being offered on your company website. With the way my family have been treated I would never recommend this company to anyone again.
