Paradox'un Atatürk'e ve Türkler'e yaptığı ırkçılık ve iftiralar kabul edilemez. Steam olağanüstü durumlarda iade talebini değerlendirebiliyormuş. Oyunu iade ederek etkimizi daha da büyütebiliriz. Denemekten zarar gelmez !!!

Aşağıdaki örnekte Kasım 2025 te satın alınan ve 2 saatten fazla oynamış olduğu oyunları iade etmeyi başarabilen bir Türk oyuncu var. Yazdıklarını kontrol edebilirsiniz.

I am contacting you again regarding my previous refund request for Europa Universalis V, which was rejected. I would like to make clear that I am not requesting a refund simply because I disliked the game. I am asking for my case to be considered as an exceptional refund request due to the recent political and discriminatory conduct surrounding Paradox Interactive and its official community moderation.

In recent days, Turkish players in Paradox Interactive's official Hearts of Iron IV community have been banned for using real photographs of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk as their profile pictures. Players were reportedly told that they could have their bans lifted if they removed Atatürk's photograph, while the moderation team described Atatürk as a "controversial and polarizing political figure." In subsequent moderation discussions, Atatürk was also placed in the same category as figures such as Karl Marx. This did not remain limited to a single moderator's personal opinion; there have also been multiple reports of users being banned and their messages being removed for objecting to these decisions.

More importantly, several days have now passed and the controversy has continued rather than being resolved. Paradox's Game Director, Batya, acknowledged in an official statement that the relevant rule had not been applied consistently and stated that the rule, the actions taken under it, and the bans issued would be reviewed. Therefore, this is no longer simply a disagreement between individual users; it has become an official moderation issue acknowledged by Paradox itself.

As a Turkish customer, I do not accept seeing the founder of my country treated as a "controversial political figure" simply because a Turkish player uses his authentic photograph, nor do I accept Turkish players being subjected to moderation actions on that basis.

This is not about the quality of the game or whether I enjoyed its gameplay. This is about the values represented by the company I chose to financially support and the way its official communities are being moderated. As a consumer, I no longer wish to continue supporting or using the products of a company whose conduct I consider unacceptable with regard to my national identity and historical values.

For this reason, I am requesting a refund for Europa Universalis V, with the game's license being removed from my Steam account in return.

I understand that my purchase may fall outside Steam's standard refund criteria. However, Steam does allow refund requests outside the standard criteria to be submitted for individual consideration. I therefore respectfully ask that my request not be automatically rejected solely on the basis of the standard time/playtime requirements, but instead be manually reviewed in light of the circumstances described above and Paradox's own official response to the situation.

I would also like to emphasize that these circumstances developed after my purchase and have directly changed my willingness to continue supporting Paradox Interactive.

I respectfully ask that my refund request be reconsidered as an exceptional case.
