@ctvwinnipeg Give the employer's wage subsidy for every employee, not just the ones new to canada. I'm a licensed plumber and I couldn't get a job in canmore or banff because I wasn't new to canada. I found out later They gave the jobs to an imagrant because they get a 50% wage subsidy.
