Young White men are the most competent and trustworthy demographic in this country by a long shot.

No one has talked about this but there is a once in a millennia opportunity to blow all your competition out of the water. All you have to do is only hire young White men. Don't publicize it for obvious reasons. You don't want to make yourself a target.

But you probably have a 10-20 year window where your competition is still discriminating against the best talent in the world while hiring low IQ scamming foreigners.

Pick any market, hire the young White men in that market who are being discriminated against and replaced with indians and within 10 years you'll be the market leader.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with driving a school bus. It’s important, honest work.

But something is deeply broken when an American with 25 years at one of the world’s premier software companies can’t find another job in tech while we’re simultaneously told America has such a shortage of tech talent that employers need hundreds of thousands of foreign-worker positions.

This is what gets lost in the H-1B debate.

These aren’t statistics.
