Even if we reach 30%, it will probably take another 30 years to see any real development. The problem is that politicians and ground-level officials seem more focused on filling their own pockets than actually improving things. They build a road, and it doesn’t even survive one monsoon. If this is how our taxes are being used, what kind of development can we realistically expect from increased tax revenue?
