It is so sadly obvious @Suddenlink and @SuddenlinkHelp doesn’t care about providing quality customer service (or service of any kind apparently). I’m on DAY SIX of no internet service, have called in EVERY DAY, have had THREE techs to the house. No answers. No service. Nothing.

Thurs. woke up, no internet. Called @SuddenlinkHelp waited 1 hr. Told there was an outage, techs on site. Fri. woke up, still no internet. Called, waited 55 min., said they’d send tech. 2 came, checked everything, replaced modem/router. No internet. It’s Tues. STILL NO INTERNET
