@HMRCcustomers hi I’ve put in for tax relief for claiming back my professional nursing indemnity, and I’ve received a letter today to say that you don’t give tax relief on this, I spoke to one of your colleagues which said I am entitled to tax relief on my indemnity. Confused.

@HMRCcustomers Im a employee and legally have to have indemnity to work as a nurse. I pay for my indemnity https://t.co/XmfmghSmqf do I claim tax relief on this, when I’ve tried to on the website it doesn’t give an option for indemnity insurance. I want to make sure I select the right option.

@HMRCcustomers hello, I have found out recently I can claim back my GDC Membership and uniform expenses. I am just wondering if I am eligible to also claim tax relief on indemnity as I cannot work without this, when applying for the tax relief there was no option for this?
