Wrong timing. It is not the time for Philhealth to ask for an increase in contribution from our OFWS. An estimated 420,000 OFWS will be returning to PH by 2021, accdg to Cong Joey Salceda. Apektado na nga sa trabaho, lumiit pa ang kita nila, ngayon pa maniningil ng increase?
