@Santababy_CC45@TizzyEnt It's NOT a celebration of ANYONE'S sexual preferences.. you're making a huge false assumption there. It's a celebration of the fact that many people fought for the rights of queer people to not have to live in fear or be legally persecuted and punished for their sexuality.
@rizla2705 Thank you Riz, sorry I'm only just seeing this. And thanks again for the birthday card. I had a really lovely day, week actually, was really nice having my mum and sister here.
@BBCNews Seeing the replies here, I got my answer as to why I avoid Social media these days...I'm sickened that the first thing many people thought to do is post something jokey, in comment to a post about animals being intentionally hurt. Has humanity and decency really fallen so low?
@AlisonMoyet I remember, often being made to feel guilty that I hadn't I hadn't 'made something of myself', not following a career. I've worked solidly, in varying jobs I've loved since 17 from Lab technician to now at 50 as kindergarten teacher. Like me, you have nothing to prove.
@BBCNews All those saying it's creepy, grow up...I'm more concerned by this unnecessary effort by the 'it has to be our bloodline brigade' when there's hoards of orphaned children desperate for a family. Parental love isn't limited to being a genetic match.
@rizla2705 My Grandma and Grandad had them both always, but I read now that the coal tar soap, now it's not made in Birmingham anymore, they use Tea tree oil instead of coal tar...still good but not as good as before.
@JamesBlunt Sorry, im in Germany and unfortunately you're not on our Netflix (yet), and with regards to cheese, I don't care what you say, the only correct answer is a nice vintage Red Leicester. π
Happy Birthday @MagdaleneXXX
Me and @lizzyX2211 hope you have a lovely day. Best wishes from Germany. (hope the card actually got there this year π)
@Leicester_News So unless you possess an OAP bus pass, a passport or driving licence, don't bother turning up?. I imagine as common as these items are there's still a lot of people that just aren't old enough/don't travel out of UK/don't drive.
@MagdaleneXXX It's fascinating watching two dogs meet the first time, checking eachother's scent, friends or foes ? are they both equal? Or is one Alpha ? Agreeing boundaries before any chance of play can begin. And he's getting a big boy, dusty, isn't he?
