@fourofswords_ I'm so confused! It looks like it could be a bur from a plant but I literally had to pick it out of a strand of the wool and it was like woven through so I couldn't have just picked it up somewhere.

I thought my sweater was just super itchy at one spot because I'm very sensitive to scratchy...turns out this was woven into one of the strands.

@aurora_84 lol I needdddd it! the teacher was like "ok the full sequence has 35 vinyasas but you don't have to do it all" but I think we ended up doing most of them lol. but also omg there were so many crazy binds. it's one of the few times I was not flexible enough to do some of them
