@DJISupport just purchased the Mavic air, and I have yet to fly it because the app keeps crashing. Is there anything I can do before returning it?

@DJISupport It says I have to take a safety quiz, can’t even finish the quiz before it crashes. And says sometimes I need to update the firmware I believe but it crashes before that’s downloaded.
