@Xbox HELP URGENTLY!!!!!

I brought an Xbox series S and it’s keep turning off when I load a game and it’s keeps doing it over and over and it doesn’t turn back on for ages.

I brought this less than 2 years ago and for the amount I paid I don’t expect this issue to be happening.
