PSA do NOT buy anything from @WearFelicity!! They have horrible customer service and don’t accept any cancellations. I bought something, emailed them immediately (because there’s no way to cancel online) and they told me it’s in their “policies” not to take cancellations.
@Ticketmaster letting some fans get tickets but for the rest of us…we have to look through the hundreds of people doubling the price of tickets on @StubHub and @VividSeats. I sat in the Ticketmaster for 8+ hours and got an error message at checkout. So disappointing!
@Wayfair said they “provide the best prices to their customers” but when I tried to cancel my order/ get a price match for when I found the EXACT same product on @amazon they said they wouldn’t price match it......
What a joke. Well lesson learned - I’ll only shop from Amazon.
Wow! @VividSeats they can’t refund my tickets until the day of....guess mom’s Mother’s Day present is ruined! DO NOT order from Vivid Seats. They used to be my go to but guess I learned a tough lesson.....#horribleservice
@VividSeats no one at customer service can figure out when I didn’t receive the electronic transferred tickets....I think I’m being scammed by the seller!!
@VividSeats I really need my Mom’s Hamilton tickets....talking to the 5th customer service representative. Fingers crossed she can figure out what’s going on?!
