Kindly help us air out the plight of 5th Year / Extended program students under HELB.

We applied for @HELBpage loan and were booked successfully, but now our BATCH NUMBERS and PAYMENT BOOKING DATES have disappeared from the portal. After confirmation from HELB officials via Huduma Centre, we were told we have been UNBOOKED for verification to confirm why we are still in session, and this will take *a minimum of 5 weeks.*Some of us are only applying for our 1st or 2nd time and have NOT exhausted our 4-year loan limit, yet we are fully eligible. This 5-week delay will kill our dreams - we cannot register for units, pay fees, and many will miss exams.
Please help us push HELB to pay 5th years the money they deserve without this long wait."
