Weβve taken over (with permission of the owner) a forgotten plot of land, and with the help of a few locals, will be turning it into a productive garden. Veggie beds, fruit trees, homes for wildlife and somewhere for the hardworking staff in the shop next door to come and enjoy.
With the help of neighbouring handyman - Ash, the Patch now has a bespoke potting table/ storage container. (Big thanks to Ash for braving the recent downpours to install for us).

A busy one in the patch today - @BelleVAF Open Gardens - fantastic to meet so many lovely visitors (@Kate4BelleVue being just one of what felt like hundreds through the gate). π₯°π±πΌ
There are some big plans starting to happen in the Patch. A large decaying tree stump will be going in preparation for a new area to be created. And our amazing growing roof over the log store seems to settling in nicely. #gardenlife#logstore#spring#gardenplans
Our lovely friends at Aquamira are having an open event tomorrow. Pop along and find out what they do and how they support people in our local community. Oh, and they have tea and cakes π #community#shrewsbury#teandcake
