A lesson I learned this year is that a person's capacity for growth is directly linked to how much truth they can face about themselves without running away.
Reminder:
Sometimes God’s protection looks like:
• Things not going as planned
• Doors closing that you wanted open
• Delays that don’t make sense
• A “no” that later turns into something better
Trust Him—His plans are always for your good (see Jeremiah 29:11) 🙏
If you do not actively choose a better way, then society, culture, and the general inertia of life will push you into a worse way. The default is distraction, not improvement.
really never expected to be that girl but lately I’ve really been entertaining the thought of homeschooling, there are so many benefits I just can’t ignore
I was at a work event presenting on leadership… but somehow I opened with “Here are some strategies we can use to grow in our faith...”
The audience was like 🫤?
I had to laugh it off + just continue but I was just thinking “Lord, this isn’t the stage you want me on 😂😭”
normalize saying “i don't think we have the kind of relationship that should make you comfortable enough to say that to me” when someone tries to get too familiar.
Excited to share this!

An underrated but valuable life skill is the ability to read the room - knowing when to speak, when to listen, and when to say nothing. Honestly emotional intelligence goes a long way.
The Process:
1. Decide what you want to achieve.
2. Try different ways of achieving it until you find one that works for you.
3. Do more of what works. Do less of what doesn’t.
4. Don’t stop doing it until it stops working.
5. Repeat.
It is both this simple and this hard.
