Two art exhibitions in one day — Even though it’s the end of the exhibition period, the crowds were still overwhelming. Good thing I didn’t wear a skirt— running between exhibitions would’ve been quite the challenge.
Note to self: always save at least 1.5 hours for each show.

Today, I met a Finnish lady who looked around 50. She had three large bags and asked if taxis come to my small town. I went to a convenience store and asked the clerk if it was okay to call a taxi for her. The clerk suggested I cross the road to find a hotel with taxi service.

While we waited, the lady told me she would travel in Taiwan for six weeks. I admired her bravery for exploring a new country alone. Although the weather is hotter than in Finland, she enjoyed the sunshine because most days are cloudy back home, which can make people feel down.
