@TurtlePlasticss I've reached out to Hoyoverse to try to get my acc back. They sent me a form that I filled up and provided them details about my acc. I heard that it helps if you can submit receipts of your in-game purchases!

I won’t deny it was a huge fault of mine to trust them immediately. They seemed really legit. So it was a lapse in judgement that I lost my acc. Just be mindful of who you transact with!
