The G-to-G framework which was introduced about three years ago for fuel imports lacks transparency and has not secured competitive prices.
When importing oil, there is an item called premium; it is where the competition is. Under the G-to-G framework, which was not fully disclosed to this House for interrogation, the premium was fixed at $100 per tonne. The global average for premium has been $60 per tonne, meaning Kenya is paying over $40 more. ~
When John Mbadi and Opiyo Wandayi held something between their ears. Now they behave like what Miguna Miguna would aptly call as either skunk zombies or primitive orangutans #RejectFuelPrices
Cornelius Chepsoi is a breath of fresh air. Eloquent. Straight-talking. The kind of mind Ruto should be surrounding himself with — but won’t.
When survival is on the line, tribe and politics become irrelevant. His message is plain:
✅Wandayi and Mbadi were reckless appointments
✅Ruto administration has turned Kenyans into economic slaves.
That’s not politics. That’s a fair verdict

Cornelius Chepsoi: There is an ugly thinking that we must get away from. This idea that the government believes the solution to every problem is a price increment is tragic. There is no more elasticity, the Kenyan has gotten to the maximum, they cannot take any other price adjustment #CitizenMondayReport
Cornelius Chepsoi, Chair Rig Owners Association: There is a lot of talk in the media that this is a matatu strike; it is not a matatu strike. This is a nationwide strike by Kenyans. The Minister came back with an offer from the state of 8 shillings, which our members out rightly refused. The original proposal was that they take out the entire 46 shillings that they increased in the last cycle. The agreement was that the strike goes on, and we maintain it until we agree. In the Minister’s words, he said in Michuki’s time, people walked to work for two months until a solution was found. It is not right for CS Wandayi to change the statement on the floor, that is not speaking in good faith #CitizenMondayReport
Major Transport Crisis Looms:
Transport stakeholders to paralyze operations on Monday
They say they will keep their vehicles off the roads
Stakeholders want a review of fuel prices and levies
Chepsoi: You can't increase fuel by Ksh 76 in two months
Petitioner seeks to suspend the latest price review
Francis Awino says review lacked public participation

Cornelius Chepsoi, RIG chairman: Wanatuletea mafuta chafu alafu wanatuuzia bei ya juu. Matatu owners will withdraw their services until fuel prices are lowered
Cornelius Chepsoi has said it as it should be. Why sell to us bad fuel at higher prices?. And more importantly make that G to G a public document for scrutiny!!
Cornelius Chepsoi, I am a happy man listening to such an intelligent fellow talk. Murkomen & Co should stop tribalizing serious matters affecting our country courtesy of their rogue administration. It's not about Kikuyus but Kenyans at large!!
Cornelius Chepsoi: Whether he got an envelope or not, it is a side show. At the end of the day, the price at the pump is still unaffordable. Our point here is that there is no headroom for the commuter, the local mwananchi, the matatu owner to accept any further price #JKLive
My brother Cornelius Chepsoi’s summation of GoK overtaxing Kenyans at every turn collapsing their businesses. It is reducing Kenyans to slaves in an untenable situation. Are Kenyans being offered as guineapigs to so called world ORDER of owning nothing!
This is Cornelius Chepsoi! And he has told us that we are consuming substandard fuel that will destroy our cars! The suplur levels are high and GOK agreed to do this! We are not buying Standard Fuel!! My God.

KTN writes an open letter to President William Ruto questioning the Kenya Kwanza administration’s silence over the sharp rise in fuel prices, which have hit historic highs. The letter also revisits the President’s promises on the G-to-G fuel model and cost of living relief, while seeking answers about the recent resignation of three senior energy officials.
