𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏. 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲, 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩. We all need to start hiring responsibly, growing steadily, and investing in the people who are already helping us build the future.

Not every layoff should be disguised as “𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.” I recently shared how IKEA automated more than 8,500 roles without laying off employees, choosing instead to reskill and redeploy talent. That’s #leadership.

"𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝑨𝑰 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒐𝒖𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉, 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑻𝑹𝑼𝑺𝑻?"

It’s always easy to follow the #hype and ride the wave. But just because it’s a tough question to address doesn’t mean we should avoid it. Ironically, that’s exactly the question we need to take head-on.

Because in research, trust isn’t a “nice to have” It’s a #NEED and a #MUST!

That’s also why 𝐰𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐲 𝐀𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲. 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤-𝐛𝐨𝐱 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐨-𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮. You leave the manual work to “Jarvis(Cookiy AI),” and you focus on the story, while still keeping full control of the process.

Riding on what Willy shared in his snippet, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 “𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬” 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐠𝐨 𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭-𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠, then confidently share shallow takes on what’s actually happening behind the scenes.
