As Epic Fury was coming to a conclusion after the objectives have been met, there were two options.
Option 1. A peace deal with the existing regime as a temporary off ramp and to put them on a conditional agreement. In doing so, the Strait of Hormuz re-opens, markets stabilize and gas prices including other costs shrink before the midterms.
Now President Trump including the negotiating team are not stupid. They know that there is a high chance of the Iranian regime or its proxies causing problems during this same period.
BUT bigger picture matters MORE. The domestic political grounds have to be prepared before a very IMPORTANT midterms. If Republicans lose this midterms and hand over the House to the Democrats, we will be having a different conversation for the next 2 years.
There is ALWAYS a back up plan for when the Iranian regime or its proxies cause problems. However, it's all a calculated risk that the administration is willing to take with over 4 months remaining before the midterms.
Option 2: Boots on the ground
This option, as we all know wasn't part of the objectives going into this conflict but couldn't be SOLD to the American populace across all spectrums of politics.
I am only assuming that the plan going into the conflict was for the Iranian regime to be struck so hard that they lose their footing and the Iranian people were to be armed to revolt against their own government internally with no boots on the ground.
For this reason, when the conflict commenced, President Trump told the Iranians to rise up and take back their government when the conditions were much safer to do so.
In my view, those conditions were not met during this period and knowing President Trump, he couldn't make the call to get the Iranian people out in the streets to be slaughtered in the thousands AGAIN. That would have been a politically disastrous decision to make.
So here we are.
In doing everything that the administration has done up to this point, if there were to be any more action to be taken to eradicate the Iranian regime totally in the future, the American people would support this decision.
Because diplomacy was used at first.
Then force
Then diplomacy
Then major force
Then diplomacy
And nothing worked
That's an easier sell than going all out during Epic Fury.
Israel wanted a long-term solution to this problem but America has an important election coming up.
The current plan solves the bigger picture threat that Iran possessed before the operation.
Solves the midterms problem to some extent depending on how well prices come down and also how well the Republicans can build the case for the American people.
Between now and after the midterms, if there is a need to eradicate the Iranian regime, the ONLY US President that can make that call is President Trump.
By FAR.
So whatever we do and say today, let's be respectful of the man at the very least.
That is my assessment and my position.
You know I'm beginning to feel like these House hearings on Act Blue is just to give the appearance that we're doing something about this corrupt group when we're not really doing anything about it.
This clown show should have been indicted years ago. But here we are months before the midterm elections and we're having useless House hearings.
What a complete waste.

John Thune likes to say that he, "simply does not have the votes to pass the SAVE America Act."
What he fails to realize is that it is HIS job as majority leader to GET the votes.
He doesn't not nuke the filibuster because he can't - he doesn't want to because then he'd have NO EXCUSE for blocking the Trump agenda.
This country has been running on fraud. For decades.
Election fraud. Immigration fraud. Financial fraud.
Fraud of every kind.
It all has to end or our country is finished.

THIS KID WENT FROM POTHEAD TO SAVING HIS WHOLE SCHOOL ✝️
Abraham Aguilar was a rebellious senior at Palmdale High. Troubled home, marijuana, the whole mess. His mom forced him to church or get out. He sat in the back row hating every minute.
Then the preaching hit him. A men's discipleship seminar. God said it's now or never. He surrendered right there at the altar.
Next thing you know this former backslider is preaching in the lunch line, hallways, even to the janitors. Starts a small Bible study. By the end of senior year 895 students gave their lives to Christ.
One obedient kid changed everything.
This is what real transformation looks like. No programs. No government money. Just one heart on fire for God.
When are we gonna stop pretending the answer isn't Jesus? 🙏
A 17-year-old young woman. Eight months pregnant. A future mother. C
According to investigators, she stepped outside after her ex-boyfriend arrived with flowers. Minutes later, her life was gone and her unborn daughter was fighting for hers.
This story isn’t about her.
It’s about the collapse of self-control, accountability, and respect for human life. The life Democrat policies forge.
A man who cannot accept rejection is dangerous.
A man who believes he owns a woman is dangerous.
A man who would rather destroy a life than watch someone move on is dangerous.
Jariah Edwards should be preparing a nursery today. Her family should be celebrating a birth, not planning a funeral.
The most heartbreaking part is that an innocent baby now begins life without the mother who carried her for eight months.
Pray for that child.
Pray for Jariah’s family.
And remember her name.
Jariah Edwards deserved to live.
The saddest part of stories like this is that everyone rushes to discuss the final tragedy while ignoring the conditions that often precede it.
I don’t know whether Jariah Edwards was raised by a married mother and father, a single mother, grandparents, or someone else. I won’t pretend to know facts that haven’t been established.
But I do know this:
For decades America has watched the decline of the nuclear family while simultaneously watching increases in crime, violence, instability, depression, addiction, and young people struggling to form healthy relationships.
Every time a tragedy like this occurs, politicians debate guns, race, politics, and ideology.
Very few ask whether we are producing young men and women prepared for marriage, commitment, self-control, sacrifice, and family life.
A society can survive many things.
What it struggles to survive is the collapse of the institutions that teach boys how to become men and girls how to become women.
The question isn’t whether this tragedy was caused by family structure.
The question is why we’re afraid to discuss family structure at all.

Heading to Sacramento!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you who voted for me, it is such an honor to be leading in the race for Governor with 65% of the vote counted.
Change is Coming!
The fact that John Thune doesn’t get the SAVE America Act passed isn’t surprising.
The fact that we can’t get 5 Senators to begin the process of ousting him is the shocking part.
Tom Llamas keeps forcing Trump questions in an LA mayor race interview.
Spencer Pratt shuts it down perfectly:
Trump is not the reason why my streets have naked drug addicts, no lights, and potholes everywhere or why my town burned down. This is a local race.
@spencerpratt "This conversation is what's destroyed local elections. People don't care in LA. They want to feel safe. They don't want to step in human poop.
I don't need to have personal opinions about anybody that doesn't affect them stepping in human poop."
"I studied the Koran a great deal. I came away from that study with the conviction that by and large, there have been few religions in the world as deadly to men as that of Muhammad."

After spending this week reviewing the Iranian war I am now convinced President Trump is on the edge of an historic victory. The real breakthrough for me came as I reviewed President Trump’s decisions and maneuvers not from the standpoint of American unilateralism but from the standpoint of the leader of a remarkable historic coalition, the largest coalition ever put together in the modern Middle East. Everyone understands that Israel is an important ally. What is little discussed is the depth of support from the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and other countries in the region. It has to be sobering for the Iranian dictatorship to realize that it does not have a single ally willing to challenge the American naval blockade. Slowly, gradually, timidly, our European allies are lining up to help with the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz. A great deal of President Trump’s maneuvers against Iran make sense once he is seen as a coalition leader and not just as a unilateral American President. I spent a lot of the last couple weeks reviewing kinetic options including wining the battle of the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz and if necessary using the shocking and shattering level of force President Nixon and Secretary Kissinger used against Hanoi and Haiphong in Christmas 1972 (which both leaders believed convinced the North Vietnamese to agree to a truce and the freeing of American POWs). If this were a unilateral American campaign I could enthusiastically support a more aggressive kinetic campaign. However it is also clear it would shatter the coalition because our Arab allies are convinced Iran could still do enormous damage to their oil fields and infrastructure. Coalitions are inherently slower than unilateral campaigns. However coalitions ultimately bring vastly more power to the fight. I am as frustrated as everyone else by the pace of talking with the dictatorship but having reviewed the correlation of forces and the options available to the coalition on one side and the Iranian religiously motivated dictatorship on the other I am prepared to assert that President Trump’s coalition leadership (something almost none of his critics want to acknowledge) is within reach of an enormous historic victory. And if the Iranian dictatorship ultimately proves it is hopelessly committed to a suicidal position there will be plenty of time for a kinetic campaign of enormous power and effectiveness. Either way we are on the edge of an astonishing victory for our values and for a safer Middle East.
