Braves went 29-4 and won their fourth state title in the last five years. A dominant tournament run included out-scoring opponents 75-3 in the playoffs.

Tecumseh pitcher Audrey Seiler was voted the Courier & Press Athlete of the Week for June 2-6. The sophomore had 15 scoreless innings and 33 strikeouts in three victories, including two no-hitters.
