Day 44 : I did wake up early and spent a focused hour
Day 45 , 46 : I slept through
Day 47 : Woke up early and spent a focused hour.

It's about constantly moving forward and showing up :)

Day 37, 38, 39, 40,41,42, 43. Honestly I feel like I came out of some depressive episode not sure why that happened. Change of scenery helped though and routine fell completely off track.

Literally lost the spark. And went into deep existential crisis. Wondering what to even do anymore.
Realised life is better with people around.
