@VodafoneUK my wife has just tried to call you customer support to ask about phone upgrades. Unfortunately, she failed the security test because your records are incorrect and now she's locked out of her account. The only option to sort this is to go to a Vodafone store in person

@Rapid__Rich @northernassist They've been running below standard trains and low capacity on that service for 20 years so I don't understand how they couldn't have foreseen this issue. This wasn't caused because of a 1-off event! That's what makes it worse.
