@My_Metro I’ve seen the new trains just sitting there for a very long time and that’s all they’re doing there. Yet yr fares are increased but more n more delays. My train this morning to south hylton is again delayed, it’s acceptable if it only happens on rare occasions but not like this.

@My_Metro When will your new trains start servicing? There’s been lots of faults happening with yr old trains lately and I don’t even know what’s the point to actually follow yr app’s real time tracker as once I’m there many times I’ll then be notified that there’ll be some kind if delay

@gonortheast When will you start the 28 and 56 services? I cannot WFH forever. And starting the service at 9:30 isn’t really early enough 🫠 I think most of us need to be at office by 8:30 or 9:00am.
