Kinder brownies!

Instead of chocolate chips I used broken up kinder bars then once the brownies were out of the oven I pressed in Kinder Bueno bar pieces and Kinder Hippos.

This chocolate chip cookie has a little surprise on the inside... another cookie!!! To contrast with the exterior cookie this one is a chocolate cookie with white chocolate chips.

These chocolate cupcakes are topped with a scrummy strawberry buttercream and fondant/sprinkle decorations. They are also vegan.

I made some more rainbow cakes this week (for my brothers LQBTQ+ group at the school where he works). This week they are chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and BRIGHT rainbow colours.

My brother is a teacher and also runs a group for LGBTQ+ students. For a group meeting I provided some rainbow vanilla cupcakes (vanilla cake and buttercream and a raspberry jam center). My brother is not only a wonderful man but a fantastic teacher

Sausage dog themed birthday cake!

This is a completely vegan bake. The cake is red velvet with vanilla buttercream and dark chocolate dogs. For the chocolate I used @Callebaut_UKIE and a silicone mould from Amazon.

Chocolate bunnies! I found this adorable bunny mould on amazon and just had to get it. Inside each bunny is chocolate cake and buttercream. As always I used @Callebaut_UKIE for the exterior.

I adore Galaxy Enchanted Eggs and they make great cake toppers. I'm going to have to snatch up a few of the last bags before they've gone for another year! These cupcakes are made up of chocolate cake and buttercream, chocolate shavings and the Galaxy eggs on top.

Giant doughnut cake! 🍩🎂

Of course, I was inspired by the classic Homer Simpson doughnut when it came to colours. This is a vanilla cake with marshmallow Fluff buttercream, vanilla icing and fondant 'sprinkles'.

@MartinSLewis It's great in brownies, cookies, cakes. Warm it up and drizzle it on ice cream. Mix in to a milkshake. @lotusbiscoffUK is tremendous stuff!
