AI is massively underemployed right now.
Some of the smartest people in the world think AI could end civilization.
Yet most companies are just using it to summarize meetings.
That's hiring a PhD as an Intern.
We need to stop infantilizing AI.
AI tip for when your brain has 30 tabs open:
Dictate a messy brain dump. Work, errands, things you’re avoiding. Don’t organize it first.
Then ask:
“Separate this into tasks, decisions, and things outside my control. Flag anything with a deadline I mentioned. Don’t invent deadlines. Suggest the three priorities for today, then give me one action I can finish in 10 minutes to get started.”
Try it!
AI tip: Your edits can become your next prompt.
Give AI its draft + your final version:
“Turn my changes into reusable writing rules. Separate general preferences from edits specific to this piece.”
Review the rules. Save the useful ones in your project instructions.
My flight got canceled. Used ChatGPT Work mode to find replacement flights, sort out the rental car and keep all the new arrangements in one place.
Still a pain, but it took about 30 minutes instead of over an hour. Made a frustrating situation remarkably simpler.
My tip for working with AI agents: mix up how you review their work.
📄 Print it out
🎧 Listen to it
📊 Turn it into something visual

When there’s a lot to go through, I find switching formats keeps things fresh and makes the review easier to enjoy.
You don’t have to spend the whole day reading a chat window.
AI is already in the NFL draft room. The 49ers are using it in draft prep, and John Lynch put it plainly: “If you aren’t using it, you’re already behind.”
Suppose your team prepares 40 proposals a month at 90 minutes each.
That’s 60 hours.
If a tested AI workflow gets preparation and review down to 30 minutes, that’s 40 hours of capacity recovered monthly.
That’s the kind of math I like before building.
AI tip: Before asking it to do the work, tell it:
“Ask me the 3 questions whose answers would most change how you approach this.”
A minute spent giving it the right context can save you ten rounds of “no, that’s not what I meant.”
I think a lot of business owners will end up managing AI agent fleets before they hire another employee.
Assign the work, give them access, check the output.
Knowing how to delegate is about to become a very valuable skill.
@UNDmhockey@CCMHockey@TheNCHC@UNDsports@SiouxShop Is it true that Ralph Englestad was gonna tear the arena down if the admin replaced the Sioux nickname?
I believe they waited until he died to do it. Not entirely sure of the whole story but I get why he was so passionate about it.
Sioux is an epic nickname.
