@AirCanada just got your weak excuse of a letter from your "CEO." The lack of support for stranded overnight passengers has been disgusting. "A bag of pretzel's - sleep on the chair, BTW for your troubles, we'll even charge you for food on your next flight."
@G7thCapos You guys are amazing. I had an issue, and you guys took care of it immediately, and shipped a brand new replacement capo, all the way to the UK!! Some of the most impressive customer service I've ever received!!
@G7thCapos I just had my 2nd G7th capo seize closed on my guitar, at a show no less. I was barely able to pry it off the neck. And when I tried to get it back open, the capo snapped in half. A little unimpressed. Anyone else report this issue?
