Jupiter in Leo (June 30th - July 26, 2027) will teach us how to open up our heart and feel safe, being seen. This is a year we actually learn how to be authentic, out in the world.
the best thing you can do for yourself is actively increase your surface area for luck to hit you. go outside, try new cafes, museums, events, take a new route home, speak to people, ask questions, side quest.
the more you do, the more serendipity and synchronicity will find you.
we live on a planet where trees warn each other of danger through underground networks. where octopuses dream. where elephants return to the bones of their dead and stand over them in silence. where bees communicate through dance, showing each other where to fly. where flowers bloom...where crows remember human faces -especially those who were cruel to them - and pass that memory on to their young. where ants build entire cities. where cats purr at a frequency that can help heal bones. where forests, after fires, grow flowers first.
Stretching feels sooo good and it's free and it helps purify your body from all the muck that typically weighs down your immortal soul as well leaving you with a beautiful polished shell anyone would be overjoyed to find on the beach so I think we should all be stretching more
the key to life is lowkey being so madly in love obsessed and happy to be you that it never really matters how bleak the outside world seems sometimes because you’re too busy enjoying experiencing yourself
the meanest thing you do to yourself is pretend you don’t want the things you want. shrink the desire before anyone can see it. call it unrealistic before someone else does. and then walk around with this low grade starvation you can’t name because you buried the appetite so deep even you forgot where you put it. wanting things is dangerous. I know. it opens you up to disappointment and to looking foolish and to reaching for something that might not reach back. want it anyway. the alternative is a life of pretending you’re full.
5 Solo Dates Every Woman Should Try at Least Once every Year
1. Take yourself to the cinema alone. Buy popcorn.
Pick the seat you actually want. Laugh, cry if you need to. No one talking to you.
Just you and the movie.
2. Go to a cafe on a
weekday. Order a drink and one small pastry. Sit by the window and keep your phone face down for a bit.
Watch people going to work, students rushing, cars passing.
3. Book a nice but affordable hotel in your city. Pack a small overnight bag like you're travelling. Order room service or buy food on the way. Take a long shower, wear the robe, lie on the bed and do nothing if you want.
Journal, watch a movie, sleep in clean sheets.
4. Take yourself on a
Saturday breakfast. Wake up early, shower, wear something cute. Go somewhere that serves breakfast, sit there and order something nice. Enjoy your meal, take some selfies
5. Book a beauty appointment alone. Get your nails done, your brows, wash and style your hair.
Don't rush home, look at yourself properly before you leave.
