@xxKatieLee @arixoxwin if you got the ticket resale, you have to get a photo copy of the id of the original purchaser. otherwise you should be able to give them your id and they'll have it in the system if you bought it directly. and maybe see if anyone else's gotten it?

@arixoxwin no you'll get an email if you purchased directly from ticketmaster! i'd suggest seeing if anyone else going to your show got it, because either the email is delayed or for some reason it didn't get sent to you properly
