The impact train made a stop in Agbozume, in the Volta Region.

Spending time with these young people reminded me, once again, that talent is everywhere. Young people really need opportunity, encouragement, and someone who believes in them.

I’m grateful to Awuraabena Boateng @IamAwuraabena and the entire Genius Girls Empowering Movement (GGEM) team for inviting me to be part of this meaningful school tour, against all odds. God knows I was so tireddd from the previous day, and waking up at 3:30 a.m. to catch the bus was such a struggle. But I’m so glad I made the trip.

Here’s to raising a generation of confident, purpose-driven young people. ❤️

What makes our work at @FTFGhana special is that we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to helping children. Every child has a different story, different struggles, different dreams, and different needs, and we try our best to walk the journey with them every step of the way.

Earlier this month, we visited one of our STEP beneficiaries, Rita Adiepena, at Mawuli Senior High School in Ho, together with her mum ahead of her WASSCE examinations to encourage her and remind her that she is not alone on this journey.

Moments like these matter so much because beyond school fees and support, children also need people who genuinely believe in them, show up for them, and remind them that their dreams are valid.
Watching Rita grow over the years has been beautiful, and we are so confident that she will do well.

By the grace of God, greater opportunities await her after this phase, and we cannot wait to see all she becomes. ❤️

I’m in Switzerland again this weekend! 🤩🇨🇭

I’ve been invited and sponsored by The Lucerne Summer University: Ethics in a Global Context (held under the patronage of UNESCO and organized by the Institute of Social Ethics at the University of Lucerne) to deliver a lecture/keynote speech on “Responsible Entrepreneurship” to Master’s students from various fields of study and from all over the world.

God has been so faithful to me on this journey as a social entrepreneur running @FTFGhana, @weareftfglobal, and @FTFImpactStore. Sometimes, I pause and reflect on how far He has brought me, and I can only be grateful.

What makes this even more special is that this will be my very first time delivering a university lecture, and I’m honestly so excited about the experience.

I’m looking forward to the conversations, the learning, and everything this opportunity will bring. I’ll definitely share updates with you all. 🤗

Let me tell you a quick story. Y’all love my stories, don’t you? ☺️

Over the years, many people have asked me how to build and sustain social impact.
I’ve had the opportunity to mentor some amazing people who are now doing incredible work of their own.

But one thing I’ve realized is that, social impact not only about starting an organization. It’s in the little things we do every day to uplift others and our country.

For @FTFGhana’s 10th anniversary, I wanted to create a space for changemakers to connect, learn, and build together because I believe that this space is about collaboration and not competition. I initially thought we’d make it virtual, but God had other plans.

After a nice conversation with the Swiss Ambassador to Ghana where I was updating her about what we were up to, she offered to host us at the Embassy of Switzerland in Accra, and I just paused like wow.

Just like that, our changemakers event is no longer virtual! 🥹
