I ended the day at JBMS For the Middle Schools Showcase put on by our after school program Think Together. All 3 Middle Schools & Think Together brought a phenomenal Showcase. Students did everything from music to props. Very proud of our CJUSD Students. It was FUN!
The students at Jurupa Vista Elementary School march to the beat of their own drum!🥁 These talented musicians are part of Drum Speaks, a drum club that happens once a week. They get to learn different beats on the bongo and songs.🎶

U.S. @SenDaveMin and @RepKatiePorter, both know the huge impact afterschool programs have on our youth and the #BrightFutures they create. 🌟 Join Think Together for our #LightsOnAfterschool celebration on Oct. 26 to see how we change the odds for kids!
Here’s a sneak peek at a future CEO in the making! Congratulations to Kaiya for being one of our Good to Great recipients! She has grown into a young leader who used Think Together’s help to balance volleyball, clubs, and classes.
We support AB 1113. More funding for older youth means ALL students can have a safe, enriching place after school to develop the skills & relationships they need to succeed. #CaAfterschoolWorks#CABudget#CALeg@CAgovernor @AsmKevinMcCarty
