Based on everything I've been reading lately, the bottom line is this: Infold has been unfairly targeted and blasted by the local media. We won't say whose doing it is, but I think we all have a pretty good idea who's behind it. The claims that PPG is damaging the reputation of Chinese culture are entirely baseless, at least in my eyes.

Now more than ever, we must stand together and make it loud and clear to the public how much PPG has actually done to popularize Chinese culture globally. It’s the media itself that is tearing down their reputation. Right now, so much relies on our positive feedback. "Coming soon" was always just a placeholder for the next LI's icon. If they had already added Valko's, then removed it, they likely just never added "coming soon" back. Keep in mind, NOTHING ELSE pertaining to Valko or his storyline has been removed from the game. The texts are intact. The WU chapter is intact. The lily of the valley picture in the desk feature is still there. Valko's YouTube videos still exist. All of his content on X still exists. His theme song is still out. He still appears on the TikTok gaming page of LADS's account.
Valko is everywhere. They haven't made any attempt to clean the slate.

Yes. The CCP involvement is serious. People literally think that PPG/Infold can just release Valko and make a statement. I would love that, I would, but they are under strict guidance of the government and are probably being gagged from making statements outside of the cancellation announcements already made.
