@ESPNFANSUPPORT How can I cancel my subscription?? Your rep. says my email and card do not show up in your system. Yet my account verifies both and I'm getting charged each month!She said try Disney. They say I have to go through ESPN. I asked for a return call from ESPN, but no one called.

@ESPNFANSUPPORT CANCEL SERVICE! Each time I try to cancel your service I get a screen that says "Unexpected error has occurred. Try again later." This is unacceptable and will complain to the consumer protection agency.

@ESPNFANSUPPORT Called the number, rep said they have no record of my email while I'm looking directly at it on my settings in my ESPN account. (You seem to have no trouble charging me with that email and card.) She said go to Disney Plus. I did. It says I need to cancel through ESPN. 😡
