@SkidmarxRL@vrock72@Gerrylewis12206@VP I just don't understand the uproar when taxes are used to help those who are struggling just like you, but you elect a man to be our president who has been bailed out by our tax dollars multiple times. Just more devisive rhetoric.
@Christy_TakaC_T @Gerrylewis12206@VP You don't know me or what I do, why are you judging me? This is not how you have productive discourse. Luckily for you, I'm teaching my students how to have discussions without resorting to personal attacks.
@Lynnb5271@Gerrylewis12206@VP I pay it back every day Lynn by going to school an hour earlier than I have to and staying late every day so I can get to know my students and be a positive role model for them. I bring healthy snacks and make them cocoa. And they go out into the world a little bit better.
@vrock72@Gerrylewis12206@VP Oh I can handle it just fine. And me telling you to stop being rude is MY right.Yes, I would definitely choose to be with my students over adults if adults were all like you.
@Gerrylewis12206@VP Well, it would allow me and a lot of other people to spend more which puts more money into the economy and therefore creates more jobs.
@vrock72@Gerrylewis12206@VP I'm proud of my accomplishments as a teacher. I make a difference in the lives of my students. You pat yourself on the back for hitting the target at a gun range. That's your contribution. Yayyyyyyyy for you.
@dm_knudson@VP Our country would be losing a lot of great talent if only kids whose parents could afford to send them to college went. I'm a great teacher and I wouldn't be where I am without hard work, and student loans. I don't have anything to do with the rules for college tuition either.
@GregPit16328855 @VP I'm a high school English teacher. I went to school for 5 years, worked and yes had to take out some student loans. It wasn't a poor decision, ask any of my students, I'm a great teacher, and I make a difference. Yet I'm struggling to pay bills. Most teachers are in the same boat
@dm_knudson@VP My mom was a single mom of two kids. She was a registered nurse for 25 years before she was diagnosed with cancer. She died a year later when I was 18. There was no money for me or my sister to go to college. Is that fair? Should we have to go in debt to get a higher education?
@POTUS Thank you President Biden! Also, thank you for trying to help with student loan debt. I'm a high school English teacher teaching at a continuation high school. I'm with my students before, during and after school, building relationships and making a difference in their lives!
