What we CAN do is to be compassionate. Listen to them. Believe them. Support them in whatever way you can. We as educators have a duty to amplify Black voices with our platforms, our classrooms. It is not enough to teach children to be non-racist; we must be antiracist. (3/3)

I think it's important to note that if you're not Black, you can't relate or empathize with their struggles. Period. There is no way a non-Black person can fully understand the Black experience the way they do. (1/3) #BLM

The least we can do as non-Black allies is to interrogate our own internal biases and beliefs, and support them unconditionally. Don't just claim your support because it's popular, and retract it the moment it becomes inconvenient. Allyship is a journey, not a destination. (2/3)
