@AmericanAir The last four flights I’ve taken in the last few months have been delayed due to maintenance issues. Two of those four completely canceled.
All of these flights are in or out of DFW.
Just getting a little concerned here???

Big kudos to customer service.
Quin on AA at the gate in PHX A20 was super joyful & a delightful way to enter my flt home to DFW on flight 1685.
My flight to PHX was also so great starting at the ticking counter with Britney & on flt acknowledgment of EP.

@glassybaby disappointed in the seconds sale.
I purchased two of the exotics and got the same thing in both boxes pretty much. 😔
I won’t be buying any more of the seconds sale in the future. 😭

@glassybaby I received my two boxes of exotics from the seconds sale. Disappointed to see that they were both virtually the same.
One was orange, striped, and purple
The other was red stripe, and a different shade of purple. 😳😔
I won’t be purchasing the seconds anymore!

This is a second evening in a row. I’ve tried to call the Sherman Texas target store and no one answers. I’ve tried different departments to see if that would work, but still, no one answers. 🤔🫨

@AmericanAir Big thank you to Bob at the Concierge key desk. He was such a huge help in contacting someone we could actually talk to at Lost and Found at DFW Airport today to retrieve an iPad we left on the plane. He really made us feel like he cared to get this item for us.

Flight AA2664 to PHX from SFO
New Flight Crew on this flight after us the passengers delayed a good bit.
Not very friendly & definitely not speedy.
Just feedback from an EXP flying nearly 2 Million Miles on AA

@AmericanAir The flight attendants on the plane were apologetic and kind, and said they understood our frustration, and did not understand why it happened.

Gate B40 flight 4173 My husband and were # 1 & 2 on the upgrade list, as this screen shot shows # 5 was upgraded. In wish he declined. When I asked why we were passed she asked if I wanted to move up, i declined because of time.
When I asked why they didn't know!

Michael with priority check in was very friendly and helpful.
Dante at the gate was very helpful, kind & caring with helping my husband and I get to the seat together.
Both very friendly and caring staff!

@Poshmarkapp I was away for a funeral therefore I could not reply in the 72 hr window for a purchase that was not described properly. When I went to make a customer service comment, I could not do so because I was out of that window. Seller blocked me after sharing my review. 🤷‍♀️

@Poshmarkapp in all fairness I do not think it’s right that you cannot make an input after 72 hrs. I was out of town for a funeral and therefore was not able to give my comment in the time frame allotted. Then could not comment anything to customer Service or the seller.

@AmericanAir how are flights going at DFW? Did the weather delay everything?
Flighty app is saying my flight from AZ this afternoon will be 2 hours delayed, but AA app does not show a delay.

@AmericanAir Right AFTER me asking at check in to change where I get off at DFW & not go to Austin at all to avoid weather. I was TOLD NO, had to go to Austin. Then you all send me this 10 minutes later. AA152 from OGG
Please let me get off with bags at DFW. Problem salved!

@DFWAirport are things crazy there with all the cancelled flights.

Shout out to the First Class flight. attendant on this flight I took last Mon.
She was such a delight!
I asked for her name, but I forgot it.🫣
After 2 days of cancellations from Greece I had 25 minutes to make my flight to ECP.
AA this young lady shined bright for you all!!
