@Canada2412 @WestJet They sent me this letter

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@GlobalBC This is great and all however, we were completely denied any reimbursement of hotels etc after being stranded in Calgary June 29-July 1.

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@WestJet you denied our out of pocket expenses claim after you stranded us for 2 nights in Calgary. YVR to Cuba and the Montreal Convention applies. Labour strikes do not negate the Montreal convention. Complained filed with the Canadian Transport Association #westjet Do better

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@WestJet Get me home!!! How am I going to get home?

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@WestJet stranded at YYC… second leg of flight cancelled. Can’t use self serve options. Been on hold with Westjet vacations for over 7 hours. Help!!!! Had to pay for hotel out of pocket.

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@WestJet No :( we didn’t. Still trying.

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@cfax1070 We are also stranded from this flight and can’t get through to WestJet or WestJet vacations. I was on hold for 7 1/2 hours last night and nothing.

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@WestJet What about tomorrow - we fly at 6:00am out of YVR on flight WS100

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

It still isn’t working. I clicked on the edit and nothing comes up. I cleared cookies and cache first.

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@CanRevAgency why can’t I update my banking information on my account? Is there a glitch?

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@zacbrownband How about Vancouver. So sad second time we are missing out. We had tickets back in 2020 and again now. 😭

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@PassportCan @LorenainTO @WDWDonna We called at 18 days until travel, got through and they said we had to call back when it was under 15 days before travel to expedite. We called they said file not even reviewed yet. Applied May 5.

[Global BC @GlobalBC]

Metro Vancouver Transit Police have a pair of new paw-trollers entering service.

[Cheryl Smith @CherylSmith78]

@WestJet trying to change my flight but it says technical difficulties - is the site overloaded? Don’t want to wait on hold for hours.

As if making #TheAdamProject hadn’t satisfied enough of my childhood dreams, this happened. (I still loathe Daylight Savings.)
