Don't underestimate just how much stress relief you get from removing groggy eyes and traffic jams from your work day.
@bongkersz It has nothing to do with the concerns of productivity for the jobs that can be done online. It's rather a lack of trust and a desire to be in control. Why allow them that comfort, we are paying them.....errrr
Businesses should just accept the realities and embrace the WFH culture, work to encourage and facilitate it instead of keep reverting to conventional ways, then when cases are on the rise, change back to WFH etc. It it proven some jobs do not need to be done F2F. eg. meetings
We cannot change the fact that UiTM exists. What can change is the abuse of the institution.
If it was founded to help the poor, then let that be it's main criteria.
Poverty does not discriminate. Prioritise the B40 kids who meet academic criteria. Stay true to the cause.
