Donald was never going to pick a woman to be his running mate. He has far too much contempt for us. In Vance, he’s found someone who hates women as much as he does; someone who wants to control them as much as he does. If the Trump/Vance ticket wins this election, it will be the beginning of the end of women’s reproductive rights and bodily autonomy.
3/ The one major flaw of Donald’s defense that many missed
Meanwhile, as the criminal election interference trial unfolds, Donald’s defense already appears to be on shaky ground.
More significantly, a legal expert suggested that Donald’s attorneys have made a mistake so big, it has undermined their entire case and could lead to a slam dunk guilty verdict.
Why did Donald’s defense completely fall apart? Here is the answer:
1/ Today was a great day for justice and a BAD one for Donald. Read on:
In two different New York City courtrooms, Donald was forced to start grappling with the consequences of his years—and in some cases decades—long flouting of the law.
I followed both proceedings today and found TEN key updates that you should know about. Let’s dive in.
Today is the beginning of Donald’s reckoning
In one room, prosecutors exposed Donald’s alleged criminal conspiracy to interfere with the election: the hush money payments; the deal with former America Media CEO David Pecker to have The National Enquirer run positive coverage of Donald while simultaneously attacking his opponents; the sketchy accounting used to hide the truth from American voters before the 2016 election were all outlined in the prosecution’s opening statement for a jury to see.
In another room, Letitia James was fighting to reinforce Donald’s bond, a symbolic gesture that signals the end of an era of Donald’s impunity.
We’ve waited years for this moment because the wheels of justice grind slowly. But justice is catching up and today. And for that, I am grateful. It’s a day that has been a long time coming.
Two huge wins by Biden today that the corporate media will bury, while reporting every one of Donald's in-court gestures and out-of-court lies:
1. Biden just secured BILLIONS of dollars for workers. He's guaranteeing they get time-and-a-half for overtime worked – anyone who makes less than $58,656 a year. That's up from the current threshold of $35,568.
2. In a stunning development, the FTC just voted to ban non-compete agreements in contracts. That takes the handcuffs off of 18% of the work force – 30 MILLION people – including workers banned from leaving one fast food chain to work for another.
Donald could not have gotten this done. He didn't even try.
His made up words are fun, (DISINFORMATES, MISINFORMATES, COVFEFE, etc.) but his more-than plentiful misspellings absolutely RULE!👍 Here's but a few: STOLLEN/stolen-HONER/honor-HONERED/honored-TAPP/tap-UNPRESIDENTED/unprecedented-SMOCKING/smoking-SOLE/soul-FRORIDA/Florida-ROLL/role-COUNSEL/council-HEEL/heal-MELANIE/Melania-CAPITAL HILL/Capitol Hill-INFAIR/unfair-SHOEBIZ/Showbiz-MARINE CORE/Marine Corps-BOARDER/border-ROLL/role-LOOSE/lose-LEIGHTWEIGHT/lightweight-GREST/great-HEARBY/hereby &, of course, the always memorable: HAMBERDERS/hamburgers. 🍔🍔
This is merely a partial list, but undoubtedly, we can all look forward to the frequent & numerous misspellings sure to come!

I have zero Biden hats.
I don't have a Biden flag.
If Biden makes a mistake, I don't pretend he didn't. I call it out.
I don't change my values to suit his positions and policies.
I don't pretend he was sent by any god.
These are all the ways you know I'm not in a cult.
Donald Trump was the first president in 129 years to lose the popular vote twice.
He was the first president in 89 years to lose the presidency, the House and the Senate in a single term.
He was the first president in 28 years to lose re-election.
He lost the most jobs of any president since Herbert Hoover.
He lost the Trump University case, the fake charity case, the NY business fraud case, the E. Jean Carroll sexual assault and defamation case, he lost a lawsuit against The NY Times, lost countless appeals, lost 61 lawsuits related to the 2020 election, lost the state of Georgia three times, lost Pennsylvania, Arizona, Texas & Wisconsin twice, and he even managed to lose 8 times at the friggin Emmy Awards.
He’s under 4 indictments, facing 91 felony charges and to date, he’s been ordered to pay more than a hundred million dollars in penalties with a potential $370 million more in the week ahead where he may also lose his right to engage in the state's real estate industry for life and be barred entirely from doing business in New York.
All of this, while he’s been saying that windmills kill whales, that magnets stop working when wet, that he ran against Obama, that E. Jean Carroll is a political rival and that Nikki Haley was in charge of security on January 6th, for which one could ostensibly make the case that in addition to everything else he’s been losing — he is also losing his damn mind.
He once said there would be so much winning people would get sick of it. When in reality, when it comes to Donald Trump in the last several years, there’s been nothing but losing.
He was right about one thing however — we are sick of it.
And by it, I mean him.
We like former presidents who aren’t losers and at the end of the day, Donald Trump is a loser, maybe the biggest loser in history. Many people say so. The best people.
Believe me.
