@santanderukhelp Old mortgage and failure of Santander to remove a legacy charge. Spoken to first line who can only point me in the direction of the non-responsive team. 7 weeks and gone nowhere but still can’t sell my grans house to pay for her care. Couldn’t be anymore fed up with Santander.
