Was any consultation taken place with local football leagues,clubs or even the local community to change use to rugby?

Whilst there is no longer a District FA I think it is only proper that during UEFA Grassroots Week & European Week of Sport recognition is given to all volunteers who give numerous of hours each week to grassroots football in Chester & District Thank You @CWFL_Press @CdjfLeague
