General Mkhwanazi is raising a legitimate and valid point about tenders. Why is government issuing tenders while there is an option of building internal capacity to delivery services directly? Tenders are at the centre of corruption by all the political parties currently in government.
Mayibuye’s policy is centred on building solid government capacity to build and maintain public infrastructure, and not tenders. It is Jobs, Water and Service Delivery Now! Mayibuye iAfrika!
Gedleyihlekisa went to go meet with the Guptas who are fugitives of the law in South Africa. Spitting in the face of our law enforcement agencies. Instead of partying up a storm with runaway criminals, Jacob Zuma should inform the government where are these people who almost collapsed and captured our state.
🎈‼️🔥 Him say: It is not because the kampani belongs to Juju CIC but he was name dropping the name CIC Juju so as to influensa the outcome of the tender.

CIC Juju Named in Alleged Tshwane Tender Interference at Madlanga Commission
The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has heard a testimony revealing alleged political interference in a City of Tshwane municipal tender.
According to the evidence, individuals purportedly linked to the Red Beret provided Tshwane Metropolitan Police Department (TMPD) deputy chief Umshai Dhlamini with a list of seven preferred companies for the tender.
Dhlamini then reportedly instructed Sergeant Fannie Nkosi to approach Tshwane Chief Financial Officer Gareth Mnisi, with the expectation that Mnisi would consult CIC Juju to verify that the listed companies.
Tonight, I worked to expose exactly who the BIG 5 cartel is.
I am not prepared to allow this committee to conclude its investigation without naming and confronting the thugs who are destroying our communities. South Africans deserve the full truth!
Thank you, Lt Gen Mkhwanazi!
