Very bad experience with @GOAMILES1 , had booked a cab , asked the driver to wait for 10 mins and he refused, than he told me to cancel my ride, but I told him you’re refusing to come and pick up so I cancel. The driver didn’t turn up my ride got cancelled and I have ben charged

I got a call from the call center and told me he is sending the same ride but he didn’t come. Than the chat support , I told them if the cab was at the location I will pay for the full ride. But the cab was not there at all and they deducted 100 from me I feel cheated.

I stay in Gramilo Apartments Taliegao near Panchayat I requested this car owner to park the car properly as it on the road and blocked parking for 3 cars he started Abusing and threatening he was drunk.
