@AirIndiaX Have tried over and over. Don't get OTP by email either. Based on chat with the support team, I suspect it has to do with overseas number too.
@AirIndiaX Cannot login to website, app or sign up to loyalty because OTP is sent only to domestic mobile numbers. Cannot even manage booking without logging in which remains impossible without OTP. (am an NRI with overseas mobile number.) Trying since Nov. '24.
@SuratAirportSTV@AirIndiaX I am reasonably confident that I was the first passenger to book the first flight from Bangkok to Surat. Becuse of two of the five passengers with eVisa I may need cancel and book with another airline to India. At least I should be able to fly back from STV!
@SuratAirportSTV Still trying to change to sticker visa. Embassy here in Bangkok has been less than helpful. They have no control over eVisa cancellation which needs to happen before they can issue a sticker visa. Waiting for a second response from eVisa team on this.
@SuratAirportSTV Arriving in STV with some family members holding Thai passports. Is STV able to process E-Visa and OCI? Very confusing considering there is a direct flight now. Who should know? Do I need to apply for normal visas for them?
